SCOM SIM owner details: safe self-check guide
Practical self-check and service-centre guidance for SCOM subscribers in AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan. This guide does not provide access to another person’s private subscriber record.
Official verification methods
Own-number code
Dial Contact support from the relevant SIM. Codes may change; confirm through the operator if it does not respond.
CNIC SIM count
Use PTA’s official portal for the operator-wise number of connections registered against your own identity.
Operator support
Call 355 from the same network or visit an authorized service centre with your original CNIC.
Check your SCOM number
- Insert the SCOM SIM in your phone.
- Open the dialler and enter Contact support.
- Read the number shown on screen. If the code fails, use the official operator app or call support.
- For ownership or biometric questions, visit an authorized service centre with your original CNIC.
If an unknown SIM appears on your CNIC
Take a screenshot of the official operator-wise result. Contact SCOM support and ask them to confirm whether the unexpected count belongs to their network. For removal or investigation, use an authorized service centre and keep the complaint reference number.
